Some years ago, we built a large public website for Dana Tours, the premier inbound tour operator for Mozambique. To this day, it is the largest tourism oriented website in the country, with over 1,000 pages of content and an equal number of photographs. Dana Tours now wants to make the site more mobile responsive, and improve SEO ratings.
Independent Software did a complete survey of the Dana Tours Google Analytics. As it turns out, mobile accesses account for nearly 50% of all visits to the website. Also, social networks are becoming more and more important. Our findings indicate that it is important that the website is rebuilt in such a way that mobile access is fast, attractive, and with clear call-to-action buttons.
